Bosch Querétaro Plant is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to guarantee the reliability of production equipment by driving a proactive TPM-based maintenance strategy. You will focus on preventing issues, solving problems, and collaborating with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

The role requires strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, and robotics, with a hands-on approach to reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics.
• Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiar with TPM principles (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Shainin).

Responsabilidades

• Drive Proactive Maintenance: Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures.
• Collaborate for Improvement: Act as the key maintenance partner for Production, Processes, and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust, long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Offer high-level support for complex equipment issues and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.

Target

To guarantee the reliability of our production equipment by driving a proactive maintenance strategy. This role focuses on preventing issues, executing problem-solving, and collaborating closely with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Knowledge & Experience

• Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiar with TPM principles (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Shainin).
