Marelli is seeking a Maintenance General Supervisor for the Electronic Systems Plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will coordinate planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and process stability in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams, managing spares, overseeing external suppliers, and driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, spare parts control, maintenance KPIs, ISO 9001, IATF, and safety/quality standards.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Maintenance General Supervisor to join the Electronic Systems Plant team, reporting directly to the Maitenance Manager.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

This position is responsible for coordinating planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for a business unit, ensuring equipment availability, process stability, and continuous improvement in a production environment.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare parts, support external suppliers, close safety patrol findings, lead CAPEX and improvement projects, reduce downtime and costs, improve safety and quality, promote 5S, analyze failures, prepare corrective action reports, and ensure compliance with OEE, BDR, MTTR, MTBF, and PM targets.

What Qualifications you will bring:

​Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or related field; minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience; knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, spare parts control, maintenance KPIs, ISO 9001, IATF, customer requirements, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Other skills that we would welcome:

Experience with SAP or CMMS maintenance systems, PLCs and automation, TPM methodology, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, problem-solving tools, project management, contractor coordination, spare parts optimization, and strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
