Marelli is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the AL&S team at the Cd. Juarez, Mex. plant. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and drive new equipment launches and process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Engineering degree, English proficiency, and knowledge of core tools, PFMEA, ISO/IATF systems, and lean manufacturing. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to contribute to Marelli’s mobility ambitions.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Manufacturing AL&S team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

This position is based at our office in Cd. Juarez, Mex. Plant 1

Your Responsibilities will be:

• New Equipment / Fixtures Launch
• Process Improvements / Optimization
• Process Control Development / PY implementation
