Marelli is seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor for the Toluca office to lead the Assembly team and report to the Shop Manager.

This on-site role focuses on achieving daily production targets while upholding safety and quality standards and coaching the production team toward continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume production environments.
• Experience managing production KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Production Assembly Supervisor to join the Assembly team, reporting directly to the Shop Manager.

This position is based at our office in Toluca.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Monitor plant KPIs and communicate operational performance to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and waste reduction programs.

Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume production environments.

Experience managing production KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with production planning and capacity management.

Knowledge of manufacturing systems and performance reporting tools.

Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities.

Experience supporting new product launches and operational expansions.
