Kyndryl in Mexico City is hiring a Mainframe Console Operator to monitor and control enterprise mainframe and distributed systems from the central operations console. You'll help maintain system availability, respond to alerts, and ensure stable day‑to‑day operations across critical infrastructure.

You will follow runbooks, escalate incidents as required, and collaborate with higher‑level teams to maintain service continuity while building foundational skills in mainframe operations.

Formación

• 1+ years of IT infrastructure and system monitoring experience.
• Willingness to learn mainframe operations and console tools.
• Ability to monitor alerts and escalate issues per procedure.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in ops environments.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor mainframe and distributed systems from the central operations console.
• Respond to alerts within defined response times and escalate as needed.
• Track availability, incidents, and events with accurate reporting.
• Operate using z/OS Console, Omegamon, Tandem, and Unisys systems.
