Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking an experienced production machinist supervisor in Matamoros to manage machining processes and workflow. You will read drawings, coordinate work orders, and oversee setup and inspections to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in machining, basic English, and familiarity with Glovia systems and common machining equipment. This on‑site role supports a growing manufacturing team in the region.

Formación

• Technical or high school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machining and tooling or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical control.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machine tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and setup instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and prioritize production orders and dispatch at shift start and end.
• Operate and maintain machining equipment (milling, lathes, CNC or manual).
• Interpret drawings and setup documentation, process charts, and flow charts.
• Perform setup, process inspections, and self‑directed inspections.
• Coordinate work orders for machined parts and ensure on‑time production.
