Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation in Matamoros, MX, seeks a Group Leader to manage labor and materials, ensuring on-time production and quality.

You will release work to operators, supervise processes, monitor 6's, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using the ANDON system. Requires leadership, staff training, and knowledge of GLOVIA and MS Office; basic English helpful.

Formación

• Experience in a production leader role or Spellman processes.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental and quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
