Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related luxury retail experience.

• Ability to use POS systems and inventory management features.
• Foreign language skills a plus; collaborative team player.
• Flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance and customer experience.
• Drive sales and develop action plans to improve results.
• Develop and deliver events and incentives; manage CRM and VIP relations.
• Oversee merchandising, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance feedback.
