Job summary

Maison Valentino in Monterrey seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Palacio de Hierro location. You will drive sales, elevate the client experience, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration in a luxury retail environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will coach and develop the concession team, partner with HR for staffing, and ensure adherence to company strategies, while building lasting client relationships to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management or leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving results and team development.
• Strong knowledge of product and client journey within luxury retail.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying business opportunities and driving sales.
• Fluent in Spanish; business English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Palacio de Hierro Monterrey store, driving sales and customer experience.
• Coach, motivate, and support the Valentino Concession team and ensure adoption of strategies.
• Collaborate with Department Store leadership and HR to recruit and train staff.
• Maintain relationships with clients and VIPs to promote brand loyalty and revenue.
• Manage store operations, visual standards, and inventory to meet targets.
• Report weekly on sales trends and performance to leadership.
