Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita seeks dedicated hospitality professionals to join our guest service team. This role emphasizes delivering luxury experiences with genuine care, coordinating with F&B, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure flawless guest stays.

Advanced English, confidentially handling guest needs, and proficiency with guest devices are essential. A passion for Mexican hospitality and outstanding service is valued, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience serving high-profile guests or clients.
• Ability to provide personalized services and tech support for devices.
• Maintain confidentiality and build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of F&B, Housekeeping, and resort operations.
• Ability to manage reservations, bookings, and arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest rooms meet F&B, housekeeping, and engineering requirements.
• Verify and coordinate all reservations and services requested by guests.
• Maintain communication with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage activity changes or cancellations while balancing guest needs.
• Act professionally, punctually, and respectfully with guests.
• Provide follow-up on pending requests with other departments.
• Comply with hotel policies regarding operations and conduct.
• Inform management of special situations and avoid prohibited activities.
• Remain on hotel premises unless authorized and ensure guest safety.
