Auberge Collection’s Etéreo on Mexico’s Riviera Maya seeks a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee guest check-in/out, manage frontline teams, and uphold Forbes/Auberge standards. You will address guest needs with tact, supervise staff training, and coordinate with spa, dining, and other departments to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Formación

• Two years’ hotel experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service mindset.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee guest check-in/out processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise PBX, Guides and Itinerary Designer teams, ensuring training and performance.
• Address guest complaints promptly and tactfully.
• Maintain high hygiene, grooming, and service standards across the Guest Services team.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and act as hotel ambassador for guests.
