Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Makeup Brand Manager in Mexico to lead strategic planning and execution of makeup marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the Chanel brand equity.

You will manage the portfolio across face, eyes, lips and nails; collaborate with global teams, S&OP and Sell In areas to optimize launches and stock, analyze consumer trends, and build cross-functional partnerships to grow brand share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in brand management in beauty/cosmetics.
• Experience with international brand management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic brand leadership for makeup, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Oversee product portfolio management across makeup categories (face, eyes, lips, nails).
• Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform development and positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to drive in-store and online growth.
• Manage the brand marketing budget and track financial performance.
