Job summary

The Chanel Marketing team in Mexico City seeks a Makeup Marketing Coordinator to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for makeup products. You will work with sales, design and other departments to ensure brand-consistent campaigns that appeal to our target audience.

Responsibilities include creating plans, monitoring launches and events, coordinating PLV assets, and analyzing market trends. A Bachelor’s in marketing and 3+ years in beauty marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably beauty/cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Chanel objectives.
• Monitor campaigns, launches, events and activations for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design, sales and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize spend.
• Prepare reports and presentations on marketing results and ROI.
