Formación

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities are crucial.
• Ability to deliver personalized service and anticipate guest needs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest needs during their stay.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador representing the Resort.
• Anticipate guest needs to create extraordinary experiences.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and inspect arriving guestrooms.
• Coordinate guests’ services such as dining reservations and spa appointments.
