Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Client Advisor in Mexico City to deliver a unique client experience across touchpoints and drive high jewelry sales. You will build a loyal client network, host and invite clients to boutique events, and actively participate in CRM initiatives to capture client data and report on gifting campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of luxury sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in multiple languages.

Formación

5-7 years in a fast-paced luxury sales background.
Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of client expectations and customer priorities.
Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Multilingual skills required.

Responsabilidades

Achieving sales goals, while balancing daily business and High Jewelry sales.
Developing a network and a loyal clientele.
Attend social functions to generate new business.
Invite clients to in-boutique events and reach out through social media and other tools.
Participate in CRM initiatives and client data capture.
Ensure products are stored safely nightly and assist in display setup.
Provide excellent customer service and manage after-sales service and repairs.
