Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service and drive sales in a luxury environment. You will leverage product knowledge and CRM skills to create an exceptional client experience while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building client books, processing requests, and maintaining accurate POS data. You will collaborate with store teams, adhere to visual standards, and represent Fendi with professionalism and integrity.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain client books and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns and requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and brand standards.
• Support stocking/restocking and visual upkeep per guidelines.
• Use POS accurately and update customer database.
• Collaborate with management to uphold store policies.
• Train new Client Advisors and participate in team meetings.
