Job summary

AMIRI is seeking charismatic Sr. Client Advisors for its upcoming Mexico City boutique. You will deliver exceptional client service, driving sales, and building lasting relationships through deep knowledge of our luxury collections and storytelling.

In this role you will represent the brand, collaborate with management and teams, and contribute to a premium boutique experience including in-person, phone, and digital client interactions. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with people through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Provide outstanding customer service across all mediums (in-person, written, phone, etc).
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and achieve sales goals.
• Engage clients with product knowledge and narratives.
• Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment and handle inquiries.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and inventory counts as needed.
