Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is seeking qualified Home Consultants for the Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant project in the Mexico City region. Consultants perform in-person home assessments, document property conditions, and produce detailed evaluation reports using provided guidelines.

Expect 2-hour consultations with travel between assignments and variable activity based on demand. Compensation is per assignment, with base rates for a 1-bedroom home typically between $40 and $52, plus $5 per

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
• Own a phone or tablet to complete reports and upload photos.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Tech-savvy and able to submit reports via a stable internet connection.
• Located within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
• Complete structured assessment reports based on provided guidelines and templates.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports after each consultation.
