Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a dedicated Security Agent to safeguard employees, guests, visitors, and property. You will communicate effectively with guests and staff while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities include protecting confidential information, knowing fire safety equipment, and assisting in emergencies. The role requires a minimum of one year in security, Spanish fluency, and Mexico work authorization.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the security field.
• Spanish proficiency and valid work authorization in Mexico.
• Technical knowledge in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations, hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the Security Department and guests and staff.
• Familiarize with the hotel’s fire safety equipment to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Handle all interactions with guests and employees with hospitality and professionalism; assist with inquiries related to hotel services.
