One&Only Resorts in Mexico, Nayarit, is seeking a Security Agent to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff. The role involves managing incidents, monitoring access, and responding to emergencies.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and guest service skills, along with a high school diploma. Previous certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred. The position requires an intermediate level of English and a minimum height of 1.70 meters.

Formación

• Intermediate English level required for communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily incident reports.
• Manage delivery and receipt of keys.
• Handle lost and found items and their documentation.
• Operate alarm and fire protection systems.
• Monitor alarms and CCTV surveillance.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid.
