P&G in Mexico is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Logistics Jr. Manager to join our team in CDMX and Guadalajara. You will work on day-one ownership of projects with standard hours and flexible scheduling based on business needs.

The role targets fresh graduates in supply chain, logistics, or related fields, offering mentorship, formal training, and a dynamic, supportive work environment with work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entry-level opportunity; previous professional experience is not required.
• Willingness to start as soon as possible.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with internal Sales and Customer Business Development teams, and with external customer decision-makers and key supply chain contacts.
• Analyze customer logistics requirements, capabilities, emerging needs, and market demands.
• Ensure customer service metrics and KPIs align with objectives.
• Develop, prioritize, and execute Joint Value Creation supply chain and logistics plans.
• Align joint business plans with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
• Identify opportunities to improve product availability, logistics efficiency, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Track business outcomes, including Net Outside Sales through supply chain initiatives, cost impact, cash flow, and logistics performance.
• Monitor CFR, DC inventory, order quality, DC-to-store service levels, and EDI order/invoice compliance.
