FORVIA HELLA in Cuautitlán, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics Specialist (Sales Scheduling) II to support customer service and logistics operations, ensuring SLA compliance and on-time delivery performance. The role connects customers, production planning, sales, warehouse operations, accounting, and 3PL providers.

Responsibilities include managing schedules via SAP, monitoring SLAs, generating OTIF reports, and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders while supporting EDI processes.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Advanced English is required.
• SAP & customer portals experience.
• Knowledge of sales orders, purchase orders, EDI, and customer account management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer schedules and sales order activities through SAP and customer portals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with customer SLAs.
• Generate and analyze customer reports related to delivery performance, fill rate, claims, and OTIF metrics.
• Coordinate deliveries, credits, and order management activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain customer accounts and support EDI processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, planners, buyers, sales teams, warehouse operations, accounting, and logistics providers.
