HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Logistics Specialist (Sales Scheduling) II to support customer service and logistics operations in a hybrid setting at Cuautitlán.

You will act as a key link between customers, production planning, sales, warehouse operations, accounting, and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires 2-3 years in automotive/manufacturing, Advanced English, and SAP and customer portal experience.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and customer portals.
• Knowledge of sales orders, purchase orders, EDI, and account management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer schedules and sales order activities through SAP and customer portals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with customer SLAs.
• Generate and analyze reports on delivery performance, fill rate, claims, and OTIF metrics.
• Coordinate deliveries, credits, and order management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain customer accounts and support EDI processes.
• Act as the main contact for customers, planners, buyers, sales teams, warehouse operations, accounting, and logistics providers.

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (Sales Scheduling) II to support customer service and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This role will act as a key link between customers, production planning, sales, warehouse operations, accounting, and third-party logistics providers to guarantee on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

• Manage customer schedules and sales order activities through SAP and customer portals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Generate and analyze customer reports related to delivery performance, fill rate, claims, and OTIF metrics.
• Coordinate deliveries, credits, and order management activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain customer accounts and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, planners, buyers, sales teams, warehouse operations, accounting, and logistics providers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive/manufacturing
• Advanced English
• SAP & customer portals experience
• Knowledge of sales orders, purchase orders, EDI, and customer account management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
