TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Quality Analyst II to support quality activities across inbound, warehousing, inventory control, outbound, and local distribution center processes.

You will coordinate containment, drive corrective actions, and participate in audits to protect product integrity. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–2 years in Quality or Logistics Quality, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field required.
• 1–2 years experience in Quality or Logistics Quality preferred.
• Experience with 8D, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 knowledge is a plus.
• Warehouse or Distribution Center experience desirable.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Excel beneficial.

• Coordinate containment of suspect or nonconforming material.
• Prepare and follow up on 8D reports and corrective actions.
• Use problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Pareto.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal quality complaints.
• Participate in audits and follow up on findings.
• Ensure compliance with the QMS, ISO 9001, and TE requirements.
• Monitor quality KPIs and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Support standardization, mistake-proofing, and continuous improvement.
• Follow TE, EHS, Global Logistics, and Quality requirements.

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Quality team supports the effective flow of materials through the Distribution Center while ensuring compliance with applicable quality requirements, internal procedures, customer expectations, and operational objectives. The team partners with warehouse operations and cross-functional stakeholders to prevent defects, maintain material identification and traceability, resolve nonconformances, and drive continuous improvement.

This position supports quality activities across Inbound, Warehousing, Inventory Control, Outbound, and local Distribution Center processes. The role is responsible for coordinating containment, problem-solving, corrective actions, quality documentation, and audit readiness to protect product integrity and minimize operational disruption.

What your background should look like

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Quality or Logistics Quality.
• Experience with 8D, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits.
• Knowledge of basic quality tools, CAPA, FMEA, or Control Plans.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; IATF 16949 knowledge is a plus.
• Warehouse or Distribution Center experience is desirable.
• SAP or ERP knowledge and Excel skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and customer focus.
