Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Associate - SCM - Logistics Support to help optimize warehouse operations and data accuracy. You will handle picking, packing, receipt, and dispatch while ensuring compliant processes and clear communication with clients.

You will use ERP and WMS tools, generate dashboards, and provide insights to improve efficiency. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Logistics or SCM; master's in Operations Management preferred.
• Certifications include CLT (Tamil Nadu Advanced Technical Training Institute) and CSCP (IIM Trichy).

Responsabilidades

• Understand and manage end-to-end warehouse operations including picking, packing, receipt and dispatch.
• Support documentation and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Use client tools to update warehouse data for material movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor daily operations and resolve issues.
• Analyze historical warehouse data and generate actionable insights.
