DEOLEO is seeking an Entry Level Logistics Analyst for our US Operations Team in Mexico City, Mexico. This role focuses on supporting Supply Chain functions, ensuring accurate freight payments, and tracking logistics performance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Logistics or International trade, possesses strong Excel skills, and is eager to learn.

You will assist in freight invoice processing, service failure tracking, and monthly reconciliations, making a significant contribution to our logistics operations.

Formación

• 0–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight billing, or operations support.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• Exposure to US transportation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Supply Chain and Finance teams by ensuring accurate freight payments.
• Collect and verify freight invoices for approved rate cards.
• Identify service issues and raise claims under guidance.
• Assist in monthly SOA reconciliation and highlight disputed items.
• Prepare monthly reports on freight spend, claims, and service levels.
