Job summary

SKF Group seeks a Transport, Customs & Customer Service Manager in Mexico to lead our logistics, foreign trade, and client relations operations. You will manage transportation and customs teams to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries while complying with trade laws, quality, and safety standards.

You will act as the core liaison between internal clients, warehouses, SKF suppliers, and transportation providers to maximize customer satisfaction and optimize supply chain resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Logistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience 4+ years in similar positions.
• Advanced English (Fluent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation and customs teams to ensure full compliance with delivery requirements (On Time & In Full).
• Optimize resources through planning, organization, leadership, and operational control with a service-oriented approach.
• Supervise and manage daily transportation operations and information flow across the supply chain.
• Ensure foreign trade activities comply with current legal framework.
• Generate, analyze, and monitor customer performance metrics and management reports.
