Plexus Corp. is seeking a Logistics Analyst II to support operational excellence in logistics and drive cost reductions for both domestic and international shipments.

You will participate in initiatives that optimize product movement across Plexus manufacturing sites and collaborate with regional stakeholders and service providers. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and project management abilities, with proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze transport analysis activities that drive operational changes that reduce transport cost including but not limited to managing routing guide compliance, minimizing premium freight usage, better utilization of equipment, optimal mode selection and analysis of alternative routing methods.
• Coordinate with Regional/Site stakeholders, suppliers and logistics service providers to track and expedite shipment to ensure on-time fulfillment, and supporting the creation and reconciliation of accurate material overhead (MOH) model for new and existing customers.
• Support development and delivery of metrics / KPI's / dashboards and review and validate freight bills from Logistics Service Providers to ensure accurate billing and payments.
• Draft and update logistics-related standard operating procedures, work instructions, process mapping, and other governance documents, as well as conduct relevant training for internal groups.
• Support Customs & Trade Management and ESG activities, as necessary.
