Plexus Corp. is seeking a Logistics - Analyst II to support logistics excellence and cost reduction for manufacturing sites, globally.

You will analyze transport options, coordinate with regions and service providers, and help ensure on-time fulfillment while supporting MOH and KPI reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects at a time.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze transport analysis activities that drive changes to reduce transport costs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and providers to track and expedite shipments.
• Support development and delivery of metrics, dashboards and validate freight bills.
• Draft and update logistics SOPs, work instructions and process maps.
• Support Customs & Trade Management and ESG activities as needed.
