Unilever is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Nuevo León, Mexico, to manage daily shipping and warehouse operations within our factory. You will coordinate outbound logistics, ensure inventory accuracy, and work with SAP ECC and EWM, 3PL partners, and planning to meet OTIF and quality targets.

This role requires rotating shifts on weekdays and weekends, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and shipping.
• Strong SAP experience, specifically ECC and EWM.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• FMCG or manufacturing/logistics background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily shipping activities and outbound execution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation in ECC SAP and EWM.
• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
• Support continuous improvement and data-driven decisions using SAP and dashboards.
