Unilever is seeking a Logistics FLM Coordinator Outbound in Nuevo León, Mexico to lead daily outbound operations, ensuring on-time shipments and inventory accuracy using SAP ECC and SAP EWM. You will coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and 3PL partners to meet service targets.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and 5+ years in logistics, with strong SAP expertise and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, shipping, transportation, or supply chain execution.
• Experience leading frontline operational teams in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments.
• Strong SAP knowledge within logistics, warehousing, transportation, shipping, or distribution processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or E2P is highly preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, shipment execution, warehouse transactions, and transportation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily finished goods selection, packing, staging, loading, shipment confirmation, and dispatch execution according to the shipping plan.
• Develop shipment plans based on inventory availability, customer requirements, and distribution center demand.
• Coordinate dock assignments, truck flow, loading priorities, carrier readiness, and dispatch schedules to ensure service continuity.
• Ensure correct execution of PGI transactions in SAP ECC and SAP EWM, maintaining alignment between physical and system activities.
• Guarantee shipment documentation is completed, validated, and available before product dispatch.
• Monitor the complete outbound flow from finished goods inventory through truck departure.
