FedEx Express México is seeking an In-House Clerk to help coordinate shipments in extended zones and manage documentation in client modules at the Cuautitlan Izcalli site. The role supports the coordination, reporting and monitoring of shipments in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree, English skills (TOEIC 450), and experience in customer service, transportation or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• High School degree/Equivalent.
• English proficiency (TOEIC 450 points).
• Experience in customer service, transportation or logistics.
• Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Raffle for shipments from extended areas.
• Shipment of shipments from Extended Zones.
• Shipping documentation in client modules.
• Monitoring/follow up of customer shipments.
• Issuance of reports and generation of pre-alerts for documented shipments in customer modules.
• Creation of reports on empty warehouses and logical stocks of shipments in the warehouse.
• Follow up of Proactive FedEx National and International shipments.
