TE Connectivity seeks a logistics professional in Ciudad Juárez, MX to support regional transportation operations and regional supply chain improvements. The role focuses on analyzing plans, reducing costs, and coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and partners to strengthen distribution quality.

You will implement monitoring systems, track shipment status, and ensure on-time delivery while adhering to hazmat and compliance requirements across the Americas.

Formación

• BS/BA in International trade, business or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency; fluent business communication.
• Minimum five years in Customs & Logistics supervisory/coordinator role.

Responsabilidades

Position Overview

What your background should look like

Responsible for overseeing logistics improvement projects for the Americas logistics team, including strategic planning and implementation to improve the efficiency of the supply chain for both internal and external customers. This position will support in planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring the various projects insuring the leanest global logistics operation for the Americas sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CTPAT, OEA
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge on analytics and administrative tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding of key performance metrics.
• Verifiable change agent and facilitator with excellent problem-solving skills and leadership.
• Proven ability to work in teams with strong initiative to win.
• Excellent oral and written communication and influential skills.
• Motivated self-starter will have to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with multiple departments utilizing excellent interpersonal skills.

Education

BS/BA degree required; International trade/business or related.

Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to fluently conduct business conversations, deliver presentations,

Experience: Five years in Customs & Logistics related supervisor/coordinator role.
