TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, MX is seeking a Logistics Planner to manage planning workload, export/import and local processing within Distribution & Logistics. You will execute outbound and inbound operations, plan daily workload, coordinate freight and customs, and support warehouse activities to ensure on-time delivery and compliant processes across TE’s global network.

Candidates should hold a BS in Industrial Engineering, Business or related field, with 1–2 years in logistics, experience

Formación

• BS in Industrial Engineering / Business Management / Business and International Trade or related to Logistics.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience.
• Experience in Logistics Planning, Warehousing, Import/Export, 3PL management.
• Customer care experience.
• Experience with cross-docking and Inbond process is a plus.
• SAP or ERP knowledge; Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a large, global organization and with 3PL providers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound, inbound, and local logistics operations.
• Plan and release the DC daily workload.
• Schedule local and international freight carriers via TMS portals.
• Schedule dedicated service for urgent requests.
• Monitoring of the deliveries from origin to destination, end to end.
• Management of On-Time Delivery.
• Coordinate with the customs team for smoother material flow.
• Plan daily exportation units.
• Support warehouse operations with shipping team.
• Follow TE, EHS, and Global Logistics rules.
