MatchaTalent is seeking a Partnership Acquisition Executive in Mérida, Mexico, to identify and onboard qualified local tour guides and build lasting relationships with tourism communities, universities, and associations. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism Management, HR, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source qualified tour guides through local directories, social media, tourism communities, referrals, and universities.
• Build relationships with tourism departments, guide associations, universities, and industry stakeholders to develop sourcing pipelines.
• Conduct research on prospective partners, including background, tours, language capabilities, and reputation.
• Perform structured screening interviews to evaluate candidates' professionalism and knowledge.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for management review.
• Support onboarding, contract coordination, and scheduling for new partners.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor sourcing performance and pipeline progression.
• Gather feedback to improve sourcing strategies and onboarding processes.
