FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to directly sell FedEx DXP in a defined territory and grow revenue. The role requires proactive prospecting, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Bachelor's degree preferred, 1 year sales experience preferred, English knowledge helpful, and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Directly sell FedEx DXP in a defined territory to grow revenue.
• Follow up on leads and cold call potential customers in territory.
• Identify customer needs to develop business opportunities with prospects.
• Close profitable business that supports objectives.
• Develop and implement a sales plan and schedule to meet activities and targets.
• Maintain territory intelligence system that records activity, accounts, markets and competition.
• Seek support to resolve customer problem resolution activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Submit timely sales reports and performance metrics to the division.

Responsibilities

• To directly sell FedEx DXP in a defined territory resulting in additional net revenue to FedEx.
• Using structured sales techniques, follows up on sales leads and makes cold calls on potential customers in a defined territory.
• Makes sales contacts and researches customer needs to develop business opportunities with potential prospects.
• Closes profitable business that supports business objectives.
• Develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management.
• Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, market place and industry information, and competitive information as well as any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.
• Seeks support to resolve customer problem resolution activities and ensure a timely follow-up.
• Supports divisional tracking of performance by timely submission of all sales related reports required.
