Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Line Quality Jr. Engineer for on-site work in Apodaca, MX. You will join the quality team to reduce scrap and rework on the production line, driving improvements in manufacturing performance and product quality with data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements.
• Knowledge of quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools to manage, analyze, and communicate information.
• Effective advanced englishcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and influence teams toward common goals.

As our Line Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in improving product quality and manufacturing performance by reducing scrap and rework across the production line. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, waste reduction, and a more sustainable manufacturing environment.
Working closely with production, manufacturing, and continuous improvement teams, you will use data, problem-solving methods, and quality tools to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and ensure consistent product quality.
