Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Mid-Senior Factory Controller in Apodaca, MX to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights for manufacturing operations. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analyses to reveal factory performance and results.

You will analyze costs, inventory trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization, while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting or cost analysis in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, or Business Warehouse.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Factory Controller you will help transform financial and operational data into insights that support better decisions across our manufacturing operations. Your analysis will contribute to improving efficiency, cost performance, and business results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis to provide visibility into factory performance and business results.


• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory trends, and operational metrics to help identify opportunities for greater efficiency and cost optimization.


• Partner with colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to understand business drivers and support informed decision-making.


• Prepare and maintain financial reports and performance dashboards that improve transparency and data quality.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and supporting process enhancements.

What We're Looking For

1. Experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, or cost analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


2. Ability to interpret financial and operational data and communicate findings in a clear and actionable way.


3. Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, Business Warehouse, or similar platforms.


4. Collaborative communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


5. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
