What you´ll do

• Projects Phase-in

  • Keeps central overview of HCB EU project pipeline & instructs/ guides SC Planners
  • Steers E2E Steering projects implementation tasks including cross-functional tracking (milestones closed on time)
  • Distributes relevant project information across SCP teams, ensuring stakeholders are always up to date
  • Escalates if phase-in is at risk due to pending milestones or data quality issues
  • Provides process training and drives continuous improvement in his/her area of expertise

• Projects Phase-out

  • Identifies obsolete materials by project and tracks future cost impacts
  • Creates country cost split allocations
  • Monitors and escalates pending decisions on PIPO milestones
  • Ensures cross-charge and invoicing processes are secure

• Project Coordinator

  • Performs specific project coordination responsibilities
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems
  • Reports and escalates issues to management as needed
  • Implements risk management to minimize project risks
  • Adheres to deadlines and guidelines
  • Communicates effectively and manages multiple tasks comfortably
  • Leads global supply reviews and develops supply strategies
  • Reviews mid- and long-term supply and demand (1-5 years) to support market growth and identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyzes supply network constraints and under-utilizations, proposing expansion, localization, and transfer needs
  • Supports global FG shortages
  • Assists in the development of supporting tools

• Degree in Business/Administration, Technical, Engineering, Finance, or Information Systems
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
