You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, as well as developing strategies to enhance community involvement from anywhere. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in volunteer management, community organizing, or a related role.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent online communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and CRM/volunteer management software.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing for engagement.
