CPKC is seeking an experienced operations professional in Monterrey to oversee railway-related activities, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability. Candidates should bring extensive railroad operations knowledge and a valid LFF license to meet regulatory requirements.

Esteemed for a culture of safety and operational excellence, the role requires availability across all shifts, including nights and weekends, to support critical railroad operations 24/7.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specialist knowledge of railroad operations.
• Must have and maintain a valid LFF (Licencia Federal Ferroviaria) per Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transporte for duration of employment.

Responsabilités

• Inspects tracks after repairs are made.
• Responds to trouble calls and conducts special visual inspections after adverse weather alerts.
• Demonstrates operational excellence by knowing and applying business requirements and delivering on performance expectations.
• Defines and communicates team roles and responsibilities and provides targeted feedback on performance.
• Develops and retains a strong team of high performers and fosters a safe, inclusive work environment.
