Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Train team members and monitor quality of work with feedback.
• Track data such as submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing.
• Serve as first contact for client questions and concerns.
• Analyze client interests and potential product needs.
• Conduct meetings with clients, vendors and channels about 50% of the time.
• Support revenue optimization and ensure policy compliance.
• Organize marketing activities to generate new leads.
• Perform basic risk analysis in line with Citi policies.
