Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching, program development, or youth sports management.
• Proven curriculum design and implementation experience for children/adolescents.
• Strong knowledge of child psychology and developmental stages in sports.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid/CPR certification required; coaching certifications a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for developing youth through sports and growth-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive curriculum for youth sports programs across disciplines.
• Create age-appropriate training plans focusing on skill development, sportsmanship, and fun.
• Recruit, train, and mentor coaches and volunteers involved in youth programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Organize and manage events, clinics, and youth tournaments.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school admins to communicate progress.
• Stay updated on best practices in youth sports development and coaching.
• Manage program budgets and resources for sustainability and growth.
• Promote youth sports participation across Toluca and the State of Mexico.
