About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Coordinator of Sports Talent Development to join their team in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco . This position is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and supporting emerging athletic talent within our programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of athletic training principles, talent identification strategies, and athlete well-being. You will work closely with coaches, athletes, and sports organizations to create pathways for development and success. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
