Job summary

Jabil is seeking an inventory-focused professional to manage levels for new product qualifications, pre-pilot and portions of pilot assemblies linked to SMT and/ or DF activities. The role supports production, planning and customer-facing interactions to ensure timely builds and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; and 2+ years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and quality control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Confer with management to establish production and quality standards and delivery dates.
• Monitor material on the production floor, stockroom, and in transit.
• Communicate with the customer regarding builds and priorities.
• Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Review production and quality reports to identify nonconformities and solve problems.
• Develop methods to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Consult with engineering on equipment modifications to enhance production.
