Placements24 is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor for a hybrid role in Torreón, Coahuila. You will oversee daily sales floor activities, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to motivate staff to meet store targets. Flexible schedule, POS proficiency, and local commuting to Torreón are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and supervising sales floor staff.
• Strong understanding of sales floor operations and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team to hit store targets.
• Eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Located in or willing to commute to Torreón, Coahuila.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales associates on the retail floor.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
• Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.
• Manage inventory on the sales floor, including restocking and maintaining organization.
• Assist with training and onboarding new sales associates, providing guidance and support.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Act as a point of contact for customer issues and assist in resolving them effectively.
• Open and close the store as required, managing cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational improvements and team development.
