Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• As required. serve as back up for manager .
• Review of Metric and indicators .
• Represent the Department of Materials at the meetings with the areas that require.Proposal development to improve productivity .
• Improvement Project Development .
• Lead department improvements and projects .
• Suggests annual department objectives .
• High complexity task-projects .
• High performance expectation .
• Coordinates activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates .
• Negotiations within and outside the company, impacts the department or other areas .
• Mature-Senior employee supervision .
• Formal teams .

Additional Functions:

• Applies judgment and creativity in the way they work .
• Occasionally negotiates changes with Head Managers .
• Needs judgement and creativity to make changes .
