Adient Juarez is seeking a program management professional to support the plant and customers through effective management of new programs, projects and cost-reduction initiatives.

You will ensure BOS processes are followed, lead PLUS-based launches, and coordinate VA/VE activities with engineering, operations and quality to meet trials and implementation dates.

Additionally, you will establish make vs buy plans, track cost improvements, create reports and provide updates at SDT meetings.

Formación

• Experience leading new program launches in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BOS processes and PLUS methodology.
• Ability to drive cost reduction and value engineering.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage new programs and plant projects through PLUS BOS.
• Ensure BOS processes are followed and milestones achieved.
• Support HSE, Engineering, and Operations in change implementation.
• Attend SDT meetings for JIT, foam and trim; review proposed changes.
• Create reports and presentations to track projects and provide updates.
• Approve deviations and change notices.
• Establish/evaluate make vs buy plans and present proposals.
• Facilitate and track material cost reduction activities.
• Complete eLPA audits as assigned.
• Support VA/VE activities with representation at trials and approvals.
