Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Guadalajara. You will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate physical counts, and supervise the inventory team to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, knowledge of inventory practices, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on accurate records and timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Experience in personnel management and team supervision.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor and control operational activities.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and monitors inbound inventory, outbound shipments, and book adjustments to ensure accurate inventory management records.
• Coordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories and investigates variances; directs daily/weekly cycle counts and updates records as needed.
• Coordinates delivery/pick up of materials from the supply room, if exists.
• Coordinates the activities associated with product recalls upon request.
• Monitors customer return shipments including overages, shortages and damages; communicates concealed damages to manufacturer.
• Coordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring proper handling (dumping, reconditioning, or return to producing plant).
• Supervises all inventory control personnel to achieve objectives and suggests improvements to supervisor.
• Provides back up to purchasing agent when necessary.
• Keys receipts of materials when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Communicates effectively with associates and customers to accomplish objectives.
• Reviews performance of subordinates to ensure compliance to requirements.
• Must be able to shift priorities easily.
