Placements24 seeks a seasoned Farmacéutico Responsable de Farmacia Comunitaria to lead a high-traffic community pharmacy in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach a team of technicians and assistants to deliver patient-centered care.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, inventory management, accurate dispensing, and a commitment to accessible, personalized pharmaceutical services for the local population.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Pharmacy with valid license in Mexico.
• Minimum 5 years as a practicing pharmacist, with ≥2 years in supervision.
• Experience in inventory management, dispensing, and patient counseling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Tlaquepaque, including weekend shifts.
